Individual Therapy

Working 1-2-1 either by phone, zoom or face to face, we will develop a trusting, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship, enabling you to open up and explore your issues in a safe space. I wont be telling you what you should or shouldn't be doing but instead work along side you at your own pace. I offer a variety of approaches and techniques such as CBT, Psychodynamics, Gestalt and Person Centred that will help you overcome personal issues and challenges, I cater to each of my client’s personal needs in order to unlock their full potential.
