About    image
Welcome to TALKING THERAPY. I provide professional counselling services tailored to address various challenges including but limited to harassment, stalking, cyber-stalking, and bereavement. My mission is to offer a compassionate and supportive environment where individuals can explore their concerns, heal, and grow. Through evidence-based practices and empathetic care, I am committed to guiding our clients toward a brighter future.
I am an Accredited Psychotherapist (MBACP Accred) and qualified Independent Stalking Advocacy Specialist (ISAS). I have worked with Cruse Bereavement Support as a therapist and assessor, and now run a private practice supporting clients with diverse needs and goals.
I also accept Aviva, Vitality, AXA, Health Assured, and EAP clients. Sessions are available in person or online, offering a safe, non‑judgemental space to explore challenges. As an integrative therapist, I use a range of approaches to help you move forward.

You deserve your peace.

Bereavement Counselling

Through empathetic and tailored support, bereavement counseling aids individuals in dealing with their loss and fostering resilience during difficult times.

Stalking support

Stalking support offers personalised assistance and resources to individuals experiencing unwanted attention, providing guidance to ensure safety, emotional well-being.

Cyber harassment support

Dedicated to supporting individuals facing online harassment, our service provides guidance, resources, and emotional assistance to ensure your well-being and safety.

Talking Therapy Service
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and talking therapy offers a safe, supportive space to pause and reflect. With a trained counsellor, you can explore your thoughts and feelings, make sense of difficult experiences, and find new ways of coping. Therapy helps you build resilience, restore balance, and reconnect with your strengths. It’s not about being told what to do—it’s about being heard, understood, and supported to move forward with greater clarity and confidence

You may have lots of questions-send me an email or call me so I can hopefully answer them.

What issues can I bring to my sessions?
Well, that is entirely up to you.  Although I have a particular interest in Loss and Bereavement, Stalking and Harassment, feel free to bring up any issues that are worrying you.

Abuse, Addiction, Anger, Anxiety,  Bullying, Burnout, Cyber Bullying, Depression, Guilt, Harassment, Kink, Shame,  Insomnia, Isolation, Loneliness, Negative thoughts, Relationship issues, Self-harm, Stress, Sexual issues, Trauma..

You decide on what the focus is for each session.  Together we will explore in depth, so you gain a better understanding of what is going on for you.
I'm not sure if I should have therapy?
Therapy can be a valuable resource when you're feeling uncertain or seeking clarity in your life. It provides a safe environment to explore your thoughts and emotions with the guidance of a trained professional. If you're considering it, taking an initial session might help you decide if it's the right step for you.  contact me for a free consultation.
How many sessions do I need?
Typically, the required number of sessions can vary based on the nature of the topic being addressed. Often, a preliminary consultation can provide a better estimate specific to your situation.
Will our sessions be confidential?
Everything we discuss will be confidential.
I work ethically and safely at all times.
If I believe that you are a serious risk to yourself  or to others then I will discuss this with you first and seek further assistance from my supervisor to get the best possible outcome.
As I adhere to the BACP ethical framework I am supervised (as should all good ethical practising counsellors) which means at times I may take certain elements from our sessions to supervision where I work on a 121 basis which supports my work with clients. At no time will I be giving personal details to anyone.

There's always someone out there to speak to you.
